 I began my career in the home inspection industry in 2002.  I am a fully certified ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) member who meets and exceeds ASHI standards.   I have 20+ years experience in all phases of construction, remodeling, and home repair.  I have had the opportunity to work with a large multi-inspector firm, as well as with a smaller organization.  Although these companies provided exceptional training and experience, they lacked a personal commitment to clients as well as agents.  My promise to you, as well as your representing agent,  is to provide an expert and  impartial professional opinion,  on your purchase...guaranteed.  A home inspection should not be scary.  No house is perfect. It is my job to present you with the facts (in layman's terms) based on the condition of the property at the time of the inspection.   If we do not meet or exceed your expectations with our inspection, it is free.  (It's that simple)  You are encouraged to ask all questions so we can provide you with  piece of mind to make a sound and well informed decision on your investment.  I will inspect your house as if it was for myself and my wonderful family.  THAT is what separates us from the rest.  We strive to be the BEST, not the biggest.

  I met Jessie while working at another home inspection company and soon realized great minds think alike, understanding there was just a better way of doing business.   I have a "knock your socks off" customer service attitude, which coincides with Jessie's attitude.  Once Jessie was available and seeking a new career, I made the decision to pursue First Class Home Inspections, something I had considered for some time.  We knew we could offer our services to clients who deserve integrity, promptness,  courtesy, honesty,and

Office Manager Jessie Hayes


Hello, my name is Jessie and I am the "official"
FIRST CLASS PROPERTY INSPECTIONS office manager
 and inspection coordinator.  My career position over the last decade has been in customer service, scheduling and management.  I have been in the home inspection industry since early 2006, and truly enjoy speaking with
 prospective home buyers, sellers and real estate agents.  

Inspector Kurt and I met several  years back where we both held our current roles working for an inspection company.  Due to a real estate market decline, I was laid off.  Kurt decided to go into business for himself, and called to ask if I would be interested in working with him.  (My family and Kurt's family have known each other for years.)  Kurt and I share a lot of the same work ethics and family values, so I was thrilled to accept.  Additionally, we have fun and enjoy what we do. I must confess we have laughed so hard "at work"our stomachs hurt.

Kurt, like me, believes that the customer comes first. 
We don't believe "business is business", because to us, it is so much more.  Business is committing to exceptional service 100% of the time, not just when its convenient.  Business is also dedication, loyalty, honesty, & providing the best service possible.  We promise to offer you that.
